A private section is a brand within Hype Mas. A private section is responsible for its own production, payment collection, and ensuring the timely delivery of your costume. Meanwhile, Hype Mas assumes responsibility for your comprehensive "Hype Experience," covering all aspects from music, security, food, drinks, to logistical arrangements on carnival day/s.
On the other hand, a promoted section aligns with Hype Mas, acting as an extension to promote a specific section to patrons. Under this arrangement, Hype Mas takes charge of producing and delivering your costume, orchestrating the overall experience, and managing payment collection processes.
Hype Mas and Private section work in partnership with Playmas to manage your orders. Please ensure you have created an Playmas account to puraches and make additional payments on your order. https://hypemas.playmas.app/events.
FInal payment for Costumes is 1st July 2024.
Please note that refunds are not feasible for our products. Once an order is placed, garments and materials are immediately procured, and all items are meticulously custom-made to your specific size and requirements.
Every payment made towards your costume is allocated to the production process, covering on-the-road expenses, and managing business overheads. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate refund requests once the order has been placed.

Distribution dates for each section will be sent via email and posted on our social media, It is crucial that you attend the designated collection day for your section or any subsequent collection day thereafter.
To collect your costume, please bring a copy of your paid-in-full confirmation along with a valid form of photo ID (driver’s license or passport only). Please note that we cannot release costumes without these documents.
After the final distribution date, any uncollected costumes and payments will be forfeited and retained by Hype Mas.

To participate in our band on Sunday and Monday, please note that you must be 21 years or older at the time of the event. ID will be required upon collection to verify your age.

In the event that Notting Hill Carnival (NHC) is cancelled or postponed for any reason, please note that our non-refundable policy remains in effect. Any payments made up to that point will be transferred to the new proposed date of NHC or to the following year's NHC, whichever occurs sooner.
